We conduct our reviews in 2 ways. First we evaluate the specifications provided by the manufacture. Also, we have a several relationships with some of the local plumbing wholesalers. They will let us open up the box and take a look under the hood so we can look at all the parts and pieces. The 2nd way we conduct reviews is by tagging along with some local plumbers while they acutely install a unit. If the homeowner will allow us to watch, we check the inlet water temp and then check and see how well the unit functions.
