The Rheem RGT-95XLN is a mid efficiency outdoor gas fueled tankless water heater. This unit is designed for residential usage and some commercial application. The unit can be upgraded for high temperature applications with water temperatures ranging from 85˚F to 150˚F. If you have that large soaker tub, this might be the unit for you! With an estimate street value of  around $900 its a very good value
